Do I need to become a member in order to shop?

Anyone is able to shop freely without becoming a member. However, we recommend becoming a member so that you can take advantage of our swapping program and incentives for as little as 180 SEK monthly.

If I join and become a member, can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you are able to cancel anytime, no questions asked.

Is there free shipping?

Members recieve one pre-paid mailing label per month for their incoming swaps once they've placed their order. Unfortunately we are unable to provide free shipping for anyone strictly shopping from our site. 

Why should I pay a subscription in order to swap my clothes?

Revamp Wardrobe offers a unique opportunity for women fashionistas to comfortably browse through our collection of pre-loved clothing and be apart of a community of other "swappers," Think of our wardrobe as an extension of yours that you open every month and select something "new."

Can I use Standard Coins to select Choice or Supreme items?

To ensure consistently of all items being swapped, the coins must match the same coin value of items. 

Do I need to swap all the items at the same time? Or am I able to swap the number of items that I signed up for intermittently within the 30 days allowed?

Although you do not have to swap out all your items at once, we highly recommend swapping out your full batch in one box to cut down on shipping and to give you the chance to fully take advantage of all your chosen pieces together.

The items that I decide to swap from my wardrobe for the month, am I obligated to send back the same items for my new swap for the next month?

Once a swap is made, you are the rightful owner of the items that you exchanged. You may decide to swap out those same items for the next month or pick different items from your wardrobe to swap, it's completely up to you.
